The Family Court is enormously skilled at addressing issues (like shared time schedules, and who has the kids for Christmas), but it is not so great at resolving conflict, and more specifically, the emotional aspects of divorce, separation and co-parenting politics. In fact, many former Family Court clients will tell you that, if anything, Court made the co-parenting relationship worse.

Separation Mentoring provides what traditional family legal services can't, by focussing purely on the emotional needs of the individual and family system. 

If Family Court is about justice, separation mentoring is about peace.
